The area of employment for the graduates of this program is comprehensive, these being public and private financial institutions, private companies and public institutions in the country and abroad, national, regional and international projects, non-governmental organizations, etc. The Master Program "Finance and Banking Administration" aims at preparing professionals that will work in banking and non-banking financial institutions in the country and abroad, public institutions, including fiscal authorities, financial departments of private companies, non-governmental organizations, which operate nationally and internationally.

The Master Program "Finance and Banking Administration" aims to achieve its objectives through:

  • developing professional skills based on theoretical and practical preparation in the field of finance and banking and ability to create added academic value in the field of finance;
  • developing skills in resource management, design and running of financial and economic activities;
  • training skills in elaborating and controlling of tasks and activities;
  • training research and analysis skills in the field of finance for the purpose of investigating conflicting and interpretive financial issues;
  • developing adequate abilities for self-realization and obtaining performances in professional activity;
  • providing conditions for multilateral development of the prospective specialist, developing a civic and ethical position of the person, holding government functions, in national and international institutions, entrepreneurs or freelancers.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The admission process follows several easy and clear steps for the admission of candidates. The basic requirements for the students are high motivation, good results of their Bachelor Diploma and strong command of English/Russian or Romanian language. ASEM follows strictly the Rules and Regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova.
