PUBLIC FOOD TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

The program is focused on training specialists with professional skills, both in economics and engineering, necessary for the organization and administration of interprets in public catering. At the end of the program, the graduate is competent to design, organize, implement and lead the technological processes specific to the food industry; to organize the technological processes of production and customer service, to design, elaborate and implement the technological processes in the field of food production; to control and monitor the quality and safety of food products.

The quality of the studios is guaranteed by the developed infrastructure: modern educational restaurant, laboratories equipped with the most modern equipment; teaching staff with practical activity, recognized nationally and internationally; collaborations with partner universities abroad; organization of internships both in production units in the Republic of Moldova and abroad: Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, France, Turkey.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The admission process follows several easy and clear steps for the admission of candidates. The basic requirements for the students are high motivation, good results of their High School diploma and strong command of English/Russian or Romanian language. ASEM follows strictly the Rules and Regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova.

CURRICULUM

Public Food Technology and Management Degree Program is a full-time program. Classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, combining theory with practical sessions.
