The program is focused on the training of specialists in the field of law, with a focus on solving problems both in the fields of private law (civil, commercial, labour, intellectual property, etc.) and public law (financial, fiscal, criminal). studies, the graduate is competent to collect data and information regarding the concrete problem, to interpret the normative acts and to solve practical problems, to elaborate judgments based on the knowledge of the legal problems. ASEM graduates have the advantage of being able to easily integrate not only within the legal structures, but also in the financial institutions, the administration of public authorities, etc.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The admission process follows several easy and clear steps for the admission of candidates. The basic requirements for the students are high motivation, good results of their High School diploma and strong command of English/Russian or Romanian language. ASEM follows strictly the Rules and Regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova.
CURRICULUM
Law Degree Program is a full-time program. Classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, combining theory with practical sessions.
